1. Who we are
Sukimy is operated by SYMBiEX (“we”, “us”) and is an AI companion app with chat, image/video creation, and Stars credits. Before using signed-in features or purchasing Stars, you must confirm your eligibility and accept the current terms. Public product information and policy pages remain available without signing in.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Sukimy accounts and services, including Studio, community features, and purchases. The eligibility check is a self-confirmation, not identity verification. Do not misrepresent your age or help someone bypass this requirement. An automated agent must act for an eligible account holder and follow the same terms.
3. Wallet binding and identity
Sign-in attaches your captain identity to the wallet you signed with. We store the public wallet address and authenticated session records, plus the activity you generate while signed in (chat messages, image/video requests, Stars purchase receipts, and retained historical progress). We never ask for your private key or seed phrase. You approve wallet transactions in your wallet; payments you authorize transfer funds to the disclosed recipient.
4. Stars are in-app credits
Stars are in-app credits consumable on Sukimy. They are not an investment; they confer no right to yield, dividends, or financial returns. Stars cannot be redeemed for tokens or other assets, transferred between accounts, or withdrawn as cash. Packs use 100 Stars = 1 USDC without pack bonuses. Supported token purchases use a time-limited token quote for the same pack; token prices and network fees can change. Devnet balances and daily test credits are separate from spendable mainnet Stars. Review the network, recipient, amount, and fees before approving a purchase. Contact support about an incorrect charge or missing credit; nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
5. Suki AI and Stars
Suki UI chat and everyday utilities are included within fair-use limits. Separately quoted service jobs consume Stars. Image and video generations require a current Stars quote based on the chosen model and settings, which you confirm before generation. Auto approval authorizes existing Stars spending only within the allowance you set for that chat; manual mode requests confirmation for each paid tool. Auto approval never signs wallet payments. Solana x402 USDC and supported native token purchases may be available when enabled at checkout. Chat prompts and recent conversation context are processed by the OpenAI-compatible model provider selected by the operator; image/video prompts and settings are processed by Higgsfield or OpenRouter and the underlying model provider shown by the selected model. Provider content rules apply. Confirmed failed, moderated, or canceled Studio generations refund their Stars charge. Unknown request outcomes require review before a refund can be confirmed.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal content, sexual content involving minors, nonconsensual sexual content, or private information you have no right to share. Do not use the service to deceive, threaten, or harass others. Only submit media and prompts you are authorized to use. Do not exploit bugs in the rewards system. Don’t attempt to bypass the age gate or impersonate operators. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules, including hiding chat messages and revoking chat privileges via the moderation system.
7. No financial advice
Nothing on Sukimy — including anything any AI character says — is financial, investment, or legal advice. Always do your own research before sending crypto.
8. Your content
You retain the rights you have in your submitted content. You permit us and our service providers to process, store, and transmit it to provide the features you request, moderate abuse, and maintain the service. AI outputs may be inaccurate, resemble other material, or have usage restrictions under the selected provider's terms. We do not promise that an output is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights. Review outputs before sharing or relying on them.
9. Liability
Sukimy is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability where the law permits. This does not exclude liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
10. Changes
The effective version is shown above. We may update these terms as the service changes. The app requests acceptance of the current published version before restricted features are used. If you do not agree, stop using those features and contact us about account export or deletion.
